Developing habits to stay consistently hardworking is a blessing to yourself.
Being hardworking is not defined by income. Even if your cup is not full, the rewards of hard work are that you get to eat and drink something. The purpose of life is to work, eat, and drink. Whatever you are working on, you should be able to eat and drink something. What you eat and drink is determined by how much you live in the flesh. When you live in the flesh, you may dress it up in different types of clothing. Ensure that you live not by the taste of the flesh, but by the fulfillment of hard work.

When laziness sneaks in, stop it immediately and do not entertain it. The impact of laziness can destroy your momentum. The brain is a lazy muscle, so if you do not work it, it will slow you down.
