Just because one person can handle a substance, it doesn’t mean you can. Some people can handle many sweet things, while others get diabetes. Understanding yourself is what will define what is good for you and what isn't. Finding your purpose will allow you to make smarter choices.

Not everyone can play rugby, soccer, or climb a mountain with two fingers. There are so many things we can try, but be careful not to fall into temptation with things that are not meant for you. What is good for you? Water. Again, too much water is bad for you. What is good for you? Honey. Again, too much honey is bad for you. Self-control is what we need to practice and master. There is no wrong in having one beer. When beer starts controlling you, that's where you need to learn love. Love has a fruit called ‘self-control’. Once you master that fruit, you will never fall into addiction. So, what's good for you?

Learn the fruits of the spirit: love, peace, joy, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. These fruits are lifetime lessons. Once you get better at mastering these fruits, you become naturally more fruitful. What are bad fruits? Sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions, envy, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these. It's important to identify industries that entertain good fruits and bad fruits. It will help you make better decisions.
